  • All of this stuff comes from Wellness giants…
  • Check with your doctor before you do any of this stuff!
  • #1 Make that initial decision! Nobody can do it but you…
  • I really should is not a decision! It’s just an awareness…
  • It must become I will…
  • No third party interventions!
  • Find the benefits. They will empower you to start!
  • #2 Declare your commitment to others! People who are important to you. It will give you leverage and motivate you continuously…
  • To get affirmation from people we love and respect is part of human nature! Go public and get leverage on yourself…
  • #3 Dramatically reduce your consumption of sugar, grains and vegetable oil! (We are not saying NEVER!)
  • Reduce sugar and grain consumption to almost none!
  • Vegetable oils are not from vegetables, folks! But they sure are cheap…
  • The way you avoid this crap is to throw it away!
  • Processed carbs and fats together and the most dangerous combination…
  • #4 Eat real food…
  • Are you counting calories? That’s ridiculous.
  • Would your grandparents have recognized this as food?
  • Don’t eat stuff you cannot pronounce!
  • Be careful with juice! That’s a lot of fruit…
  • #5 Move a lot. Walk. Take the stairs. Stand. Keep moving…
  • #6 Lifting builds strength and muscle mass. Activate your muscles…
  • Read Body by Science…
  • #7 Sprint! Do some kind of high-intensity exercise once a week (after getting the okay from your doctor!)

  • #8 Sleep and rest! Sleep is a nutrient!
  • People actually brag about how little sleep they get!
  • Make sure the room is dark and you have lots of fresh air…
  • Napping is awesome too! Mike does it everyday! It’s a skill you can practice…
  • #9 Do the preparation! Get everything ready to make a good start! When and where will you exercise? What will you eat?
  • Whoa! This stuff really comes out!
  • #10 Rediscover the fun. It’s something you get to do, not something you have to do!
  • Find something you’ll stick with…that’s the best program for you!

Empowering Question: Ask yourself what will it take to get motivated to absolutely change your life, and how will you get off your butt and do it…NOW…
