CORRECTION! MIKE SAID CORTISOL CAUSES INFLAMMATION BUT HE MEANT IT SUPPRESSES IMMUNE RESPONSE. YES IT WAS A MISTAKE. BUT MIKE CAUGHT IT WHEN DOING THESE NOTES BEFORE IT WENT LIVE. FORGIVE HIM. HE'S ONLY 99.44 percent correct. The best part is that Chris Thompson didn't notice the mistake, so don't tell him...Now back to the show...and that...
- Anything that responds to anti-inflammatory drugs or antihistamines is likely to respond to hypnosis
- Pain is a signal. When you don't need it anymore you can switch it off...
- Mike's asthma went away!
- Hypnosis can reduce inflammation and stress from asthma attacks...
