  • Uncertainty stops life from being boring! Too much is bad though...
  • Volition is your ability to act in an autonomous fashion...We don't want it taken away...
  • No emotional connexion with others leads to bad stress...
  • Zoom helps us maintain some degree of connexion with others...
  • A pair of Air Pods Max reduces Mike's stress!
  • Downtime and flow-states are another need...
  • Flow-states are good for our brains!
  • We all need a sense of significance and that we matter...
  • A sense of achievement and meaningful work is important!

  • Financial stress causes horrendous stress, including insomnia...
  • Digestive complaints can come from stress too...
  • Stress causes jumpiness too!
  • Stress causes horrible irritability!
  • There are physiological and mental methods to alleviate stress...
  • If you affect your emotions it affects your body and affects your emotions!
  • Seven Eleven breathing will help you deal with stress...
  • Changing breathing changes everything!
  • Exercise will also reduce stress...
  • Your brain can produce all sorts of amazing chemicals that are legal...
  • Tense and release will help you relax!
  • Laughing on purpose is amazing! Don't do it in public though...
  • We're not saying that you can cure cancer by laughing enough...
  • If you're limited in some way, focus on your freedoms, not your limitations!
