- What is the story you tell yourself about you and your life?
- Tell yourself really compelling stories about yourself and your life, to yourself…
- No what story you want others to tell themselves about you!
- Does your behaviour support the story you’re telling yourself?
- People like you if they feel good about themselves in your presence…
- Don’t flatter, but sincere compliments are good…
- Don’t be afraid to accept generosity from others. It makes them value you when you do!
- Always be learning! You must be your number one project!
- Your job is not your life! Avoid that mistake…
- Build a broad based schema and avoid sticking with your field…
- Take a self-defence course that actually works!
- Front-end load the difficult stuff! Then what’s left is easy…
Empowering Question: What am I excited about transforming in my life…and I will I implement the necessary changes…today? Which of these points has really spoken to me…and how will I answer what it has said?
