SPECIFIC OUTCOMES DISCLAIMER:Mike Mandel Hypnosis (“MMH”) guarantees your satisfaction with our online training. We give you a 60-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on the products we sell (aside from subscription services – see below). If you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our training, just ask for your money back.

You should know that all products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Product Returns & Subscription Cancellations

  • 100% money back guarantee for all digital products (includes price of product only). We do not cover any foreign exchange charges from your bank or credit card company. Plain English: We refund every penny, but your credit card company will probably convert your refund into your currency at a slightly worse rate than when you paid.   We don’t like it either, but that’s how banks make money.
  • When requesting a refund, please do so via email at [email protected]. The refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card or PayPal account. International credit card orders will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

    • Live Events and Classroom Training 

  • Full refunds will be granted before the start of any event if you register at least 60 days prior to the first day of the live event and provide notice of cancellation within 30 days of your registration. No refunds will be issued after the start date of an event.
  • If you need to change the date of the class you plan to attend please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you. Such requests should be made well in advance of the start date and we make no promises.

    • FOR DIGITAL TRAINING SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY:

    Monthly Subscriptions: You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for monthly subscription except for cases where refunds do not apply (see below). Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time. You can self-cancel subscriptions in your customer portal. You may also reach out for help via [email protected]

    Free Trials: If you started your subscription with a free trial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial to avoid billing. We will automatically bill you for your first paid month of service after the trial ends, and no refunds will be granted.

    Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases, you have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Mike Mandel Hypnosis Academy yearly subscription. Any refund requests after 30 days will be prorated by the amount of time remaining under the original yearly subscription period. Example: If you purchase a yearly subscription in January of this year and you decide you want a refund 6 months from the purchase date, your prorated refund would be 50% of the purchase price.

    Cases where no refund will be granted:  Refunds during the first month are designed to eliminate any financial risk for the customer if they feel that our training is not a good fit.  Therefore, if a customer has previously been a paying. subscriber, had a free trial or purchased a non-subscription guest pass / test drive, then no refunds will be issued. Of course, any customer may still cancel at anytime.

  • Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product once.
  • Valid proof of returning a product includes a confirmation number. If the customer has a confirmation number and it is within the cancellation period, then a full refund will be issued.

    • Terms of Subscription Renewal: 

    Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscriber notifies the company that they wish to cancel.

    Yearly subscribers will be notified via email prior to renewal, although we can’t guarantee emails will land in your inbox given the aggressive nature of spam filtering by email service providers.  If you don’t request to cancel, we’ll automatically renew your annual subscription at the same rate you signed up for. You may cancel anytime.

    Arbitration Agreement:

    1. Agreement to Arbitrate: This Arbitration Agreement applies to any dispute arising out of or concerning the Terms and Conditions of mikemandelhypnosis.com, or any provisions thereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to resolve any and all disputes with mikemandelhypnosis.com through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

    2. Governing Law: This arbitration provision shall be governed by the Canadian Arbitration Act and conducted by a single neutral arbitrator. The arbitration will be administered by the ADR Institute of Canada or a similar arbitration service mutually agreed upon by the parties.

    3. Arbitration Procedures: The arbitration shall be conducted in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted by telephone, online, or based solely on written submissions, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The arbitrator’s award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.

    4. Costs and Attorney’s Fees: In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding, or arbitration arises out of or concerns the Terms and Conditions of mikemandelhypnosis.com, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.

    5. Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions: All arbitrations under the Terms and Conditions of mikemandelhypnosis.com shall only be on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not allowed.

    6. Scope and Enforceability: The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regard to the Terms and Conditions of mikemandelhypnosis.com or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision, shall be determined by the Arbitrator.

    7. Severability and Survival: If any portion of this Arbitration Agreement is found to be unenforceable or unlawful for any reason, (1) the unenforceable provision shall be severed from these Terms; (2) severance of the unenforceable provision shall have no impact whatsoever on the remainder of the Arbitration Agreement or the parties’ ability to compel arbitration of any remaining claims on an individual basis pursuant to the Arbitration Agreement; and (3) this arbitration provision shall survive the termination of the Terms and Conditions of mikemandelhypnosis.com.
