I find myself surrounded by people with what I call verbal diarrhea. I come away from these visits feeling annoyed, and totally like my opinions are not valued. It’s all about them. Whatever happened to discussing things, and enjoying stimulating conversation whereby, all parties are motivated to engage and contribute? I hate it when I have to say “Just a minute, I’m not finished what I was saying,” before these conversation hogs monopolize the discussions again.
