Hey carol – if you check out Mike’s tutorial on rapid inductions I think you’ll change your mind. We differentiate between rapid and instant, and rapid typically involves catalepsy the way we do them. Clients LOVE them and you can absolutely still build tremendous relaxation. I don’t really get rapid induction… I’m a hypnotherapist and feel the relaxation part is deeper when you talk the client through… wish I could be confident in trying rapid induction
