Dear Mike and Chris,

Thanks for a concise and well written description of the DEI. As you said, too often people have modifed it and have taken claim as the newest improved version…often attaching their names to it. Yet, in its new form, the effectiveness decreased and then becomes abandoned or debunked by many hypnotherapists.

Knowing and understanding the processes of the steps, and some troubleshooting techniques increases your effectiveness. And at all times staying client-centered..

In reply to Alex. Thanks for your comment. Larry Elman confirmed with me in August that his father did the fractionation 3-5 times. Because of my input he accepts that it can be 3-6.

Hi Mike,
Your video is the clearest on YouTube I must say. Forgive me if I’m wrong but In the original Dave Elman induction he fractionated only 3 times. The first he said go 10 times deeper, then 2 times deeper, then as deep as you can possibly go.
I also picked up a little addition from Dave Snyder. In the number loss section say “turn the volume all the way down in your head” . It helps the auditory clients.
