Orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. If you live in Canada, near Toronto, your package should arrive within a few days. If you live further, for example on the West Coast (Canada / USA), then it’s possible delivery could take up to two weeks (but usually not).

Once you get your order, make sure to remember to actually use the product and use it as regularly as you like. Headphones on a portable music player are best, rather than the speakers on your home stereo.
